SOME non-governmental organisation (NGO) members have been ‘bought’ by the Penang Government, Opposition leader Datuk Azhar Ibrahim (BN — Penanga) said.
He cited an example of Ahmad Chik, a Penang Heritage Trust council member who was appointed by PBA Holdings Bhd to its board of directors.
