KOTA KINABALU: A factory is under investigation by the State Tourism, Culture and Environment Ministry for allegedly disposing waste material into a river at Kampung Segaliud in Sandakan.
Apart from polluting the river, this indiscriminate disposal of waste also decimated the fish population, said Minister Datuk Masidi Manjun.
