A TOTAL of 90% of community and multi-purpose halls in Selangor built on land belonging to the land office and constructed by the previous Selangor state government have been returned to the respective local councils.
Selangor Mentri Besar Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim said this was important to ensure these halls were managed by the local councils.
