THE Penang Road Safety Department (JKJR) will focus its campaigns on motorcyclists and pillion riders following an increase in deaths involving this category in two districts.
Its director S. Jegan said based on the statistics for the month of April, there were 35 deaths involving riders compared to 17 deaths in the same month last year.
