HAVING parents who were chefs in hotels, it was hardly surprising that the Felix siblings ventured into the food business.
“My parents used to cook as a team in big hotels, especially when there were food promotions featuring Portuguese dishes from Malacca,” said Mark Felix, 43, who grew up in the Portuguese Settlement in Malacca.
