SOME 170 motorcyclists and their pillion riders waiting to board the Penang ferry in Butterworth had a pleasant surprise when they were given new Sirim-approved crash helmets to replace their old ones.
The new helmets were jointly sponsored by the Road Safety Department (JKJR) and CNI Holdings Berhad.
