IT WAS a ladies-only affair at the Beauty & Indulgence event for Malaysia Airlines’ Enrich members, who were treated to an afternoon of all-round pampering.
The women took part in a step-by-step beauty workshop by Estee Lauder, a fashion show by “King of Couture” Albert King and admired a showcase of fine jewellery by Tippy & Matthew.
They also enjoyed special discounts on Estee Lauder’s premium fragrances, skincare products and cosmetics and received take-away gifts of Estee Lauder products.
The event was organised by Enrich and its co-brand credit card partner CIMB Bank.
It was hosted by Malaysia Airlines general manager (corporate marketing and loyalty programme) Raja Datuk Nordiana Zainal Shah together with the CIMB direct banking and cards head Jean Yap.
Nordiana said Enrich was always looking for innovative approaches to recognise and reward its members.
“The Enrich Indulgence series was specially introduced, where we offer members a host of privileges ranging from travel benefits to ground events.
“Customer loyalty is very important in this economic environment, where airlines are competing for a reduced number of travellers globally,” she said, adding that they must continue to be relevant to their members.
The event ended with a scrumptious high-tea and lucky draws.
