Salmon Pasta hogs the limelight at the Etoile Bistro, Hotel Equatorial Kuala Lumpur. Chef Izzat Rosli’s signature dish not only offers bite and the splendour of quality ingredients, it also banks on an authentic flavour unmistakably Etoile. The dish is cooked with garlic, shallots, basil, extra virgin olive oil and sliced red chillies, giving the pasta a pleasant smoky, garlicky flavour with a spicy touch.
