Pitcher Plant and Wild Orchid Garden to look better to lure tourists

KUCHING: THE Pitcher Plant and Wild Orchid Garden at Kota Padawan near here will be upgraded at a cost of RM1.85mil over the next three years to turn it into a top tourist attraction.

Padawan Municipal Council chairman Tan Joo Phoi said the first phase of the renovation would begin in June with improvement works to the irrigation and footpaths as well as the purchase of new pitcher plant species.
