POLICE are well prepared for the Penanti by-election and have identified high-risk areas in the state constituency, Penang police chief Deputy Comm Datuk Wira Ayub Yaacob said.
He told voters not to be afraid to come out and exercise their democratic right as police would be present round the clock during the campaign period and on May 31, polling day.
