MALACCA: Local property developer Hatten Group Sdn Bhd plans to turn Bandar Hilir into a commercial area on par with Bukit Bintang in Kuala Lumpur with its latest project called Hatten Square.
The 6.25ha project will feature a mall 200 retail outlets, 1,500 parking bays, and a four-star hotel with 260 rooms and 490 suites.
