SIBU: The ethnic cultures of Sabah and Sarawak will be given more prominence in mainstream Malaysian culture to project the real Malaysian community and culture, said Deputy Information, Communications and Culture Minister Datuk Joseph Salang Gandum.
He said this would be done under the 1Malaysia concept espoused by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak.
