THE Penang Government will soon be opening a tender for structural repair works on underground culverts in Hong Seng Estate.
Penang Flood Mitigation Committee chairman Law Choo Kiang said the state had approved RM200,000 for the repair works after a study by the state Drainage and Irrigation Department (DID) was completed.
