IVORY Properties Group, developer of the Penang Times Square, has appealed to residents of several pre-war houses near the project to be patient until foundation work on Phase 2 is completed before it starts repairing the structural damage.
Its executive director Datuk Nazir Ariff said that foundation work was expected to be completed in the next few months.
