THE Thomson Big Band, as the name suggests, will be all out to infect the audience at the upcoming Miri International Jazz Festival (MIJF) with its power-packed jazz beat.
Spokesperson Susan Harmer said the band will perform some traditional big-band numbers and some modern tunes during the festival at The Pavilion in Parkcity Everly Hotel in Miri, Sarawak, on May 8 and 9.
