ONLINE registration for the Community-based Website Competition under the Penang Open e-Creative Challenge series is now open.
Penang Open e-Creative Challenge committee chairman Leong Choon Cheong said the competition, co-organised by the Penang Development Corporation (PDC) and Malaysian Multimedia and Communication Commission, is to encourage e-Community centres and community-based non-profit organisations in the northern region to use ICT to publicise their profile and services via the Internet.
