SOME 30 poets and readers were engaged in a poetry-reading session in various languages at the World Poetry Day at Wawasan Open University (WOU) Saturday and its organising chairman sounded the clarion for the event to be turned into a major do.
Among those who showed their skill at poetry-reading were National Literature Laureate Prof Muhammad Salleh, Wong Phui Nam and Marzuki Ali who took to the stage to read their own poems.
