MANY residents staying near a proposed high-rise housing project in Green Lane, Penang, are getting worried by the increase in condominium units and fewer car park lots in the project.
Jelutong MP Jeff Ooi said the original building approved last year, had fewer storeys in its six blocks but now the developer was applying to amend the plan to build more floors.
