JOHOR BARU: The state Customs Department seized over RM240,000 worth of contraband cigarettes with unpaid duties totalling RM653,900 in two separate raids.
In the first raid, Customs officers found RM90,000 worth of contraband cigarettes with unpaid duties of RM243,000 hidden in a lorry trailer at the Tanjung Puteri Custom Complex at around 8.30pm on March 4.
