KUANTAN: Pasdec Holdings Berhad (Pasdec) is all set to embark on its RM200mil development project comprising a hotel, and a commercial and a cultural centre built on the Sungai Kuantan river front with land clearing works to start by middle of the year.
Construction work is scheduled to commence early of next year with expected completion in 2012.
