KUANTAN: Employers should not use the present economic situation as an excuse not to contribute to the Social Security Organisation (Socso). State Socso director Yusoff Ngah said under the law, it was mandatory for employers to make monthly contribution.
He said Socso would not hesitate to take stern action against defaulters.
