MORE than 50 fitness instructors from the Asian region gathered for a three-day fitness programme in Malaysia.
This is the fourth Adidas fitness academy. The first was held in Shanghai in 2007, where fitness gurus and world-renowned instructors from all over Asia including China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore and Taiwan came together for the “adidas fitness academy 2009” at Sunway Convention Centre.
