THE rising dengue epidemic in 63 areas in Selangor has prompted the authorities to engage in a mass fogging operation last weekend. The areas fall under various local councils in the state.
Responding to this, some 400 health officers from the various district health offices with the help of MBSA officers gathered in Section 7, Shah Alam, last Saturday, where they carried out spot checks at homes and fogged aedes mosquito breeeding spots.
