MALACCA: Hosts Malacca Club (MC) and defending overall champions Penang Sports Club (PSC) were declared joint champions at the Straits Settlement Games held at the Malacca Club Rotunda Sports Complex in Tanjong recently.
PSC bidding to capture a third consecutive year overall triumph and MC primed to regain honors last won when hosting the 2005 series, shared the spoils with twenty-three points apiece in the six-game carnival.
