KUCHING: Sarawak will implement the Environmental Audit Rule (EAR) this year to enhance the compliance and enforcement of environmental laws.
Natural Resources and Environment Board (NREB) controller Dr Penguang Manggil said the state Cabinet was awaiting the nod from the state Attorney General to gazette the EAR.
