THE RM40mil Kuan Yin (Goddess of Mercy) pavilion at the Kek Lok Si Temple in Air Itam in Penang is scheduled to be completed by the middle of the year.
Temple trustee Datuk Steven Ooi said the 20-storey building would house the 30.2m-tall bronze statue of the deity which was first unveiled about 11 years ago.
