THE Chinese New Year (CNY) festivity is just around the corner and at the Mid Valley Megamall in Kuala Lumpur the celebration kicked off with 25 senior citizens from Ti-Ratana Welfare Society in Salak South Baru.
It was launched by Mid Valley City Sdn Bhd executive director Daniel Yong by “dotting the lions” eyes.
Earlier, the senior citizens were treated to fun-filled activities like body massage, hair cut and “lou sang” lunch sponsored by the tenants of Mid Valley.
During the event Yong presented a RM5,000 cheque and hampers to the society.
Ang pows and goodie bags were also presented to the senior citizens at the event.
