THE Penang Government has allocated RM500,000 to repair the switchboard room at the Chai Leng Park pump house and to overcome water seepage problem at the station.
State Agriculture, Agro-based Industry, Rural Development and Flood Mitigation committee chairman Law Choo Kiang said water had seeped into the ground underneath the building, causing a big gap which could cause it to collapse.
