JOHOR BARU: The Orang Asli Affairs Department (OAAD) has not been able to provide school uniforms for all orang asli students in the state for the past two years.
The RM1.2mil allocation has instead been channelled to pay for transportation for 2,700 students statewide as well as pay for their school fees and stationery.
