DESPITE the fact that newly- appointed Kuala Lumpur mayor Datuk Ahmad Fuad Ismail has said he will first seek the views of the Prime Minister, the Deputy Prime Minister and the Federal Territories Minister before considering his options, Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL), has been abuzz with talk of a possible reshuffle.
The word on the grapevine is that the DBKL may be undergoing a change of guard in a move to improve the performance of the local authority as a whole.
