Ampang Jaya OCPD Asst Comm Abdul Jalil Hassan has refuted complaints by state assemblymen, Ampang Jaya municipal councillors and Teratai residents that the crime rate in the area is rising.
He said the crime index clearly showed that the crime rate was decreasing in the area they were complaining about — Pandan Indah.
