Simple touches to classic dishes


FOR this year’s Malaysian International Gourmet Festival (MIGF), Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel’s chef Jaffrey Othman has decided to keep things simple. According to him, it would be an interpretation of classic dishes.

Jaffrey, who whips up a storm at the MED.@Marche restaurant starts his menu with a twist to the old with the creative Grilled Tomato Jelly with Asparagus and Balsamic Reduction.
