Indulge in Poached Maine Lobster with Arugula, Vanilla Orange Vinaigrette and Fine Herb Oil, Chargrilled Maine Lobster with Olive Oil, Lemon and Fresh Herbs, Lobster Tail served with Edamame Puree and Tamari Lemon Sauce, Loster with Butternut Squash Soup and Brown Butter and also Lobster Thermidor. The lobster is priced at RM25++ per 100gm.
