KOMTAR which offers a picturesque view of George Town should be turned into a hotel, said Gerakan vice-president Huan Cheng Guan.
He added some of the government agencies at Komtar could be shifted to the vacant Seberang Prai Municipal Council’s (MPSP) old headquarters building in Jalan Datuk Ahmad Said in Butterworth.
