KUALA TERENGGANU: Heavy rains caused flash floods in the city including at non flood-prone areas where residents blamed a clogged drain and a hilltop development in Cerong Lanjut here as contributing factors.
The downpour since Wednesday inundated homes in several parts of the city, but the most affected people were residents in Cerong Lanjut.
