BIODEGRADABLE plates made of tapioca were the highlight at the Hari Raya open house organised by the Subang Jaya Municipal Council (MPSJ) last Friday.
It was the first time the council was using the environment-friendly plates, in a move that demonstrated that the MPSJ was walking the talk after launching its plastic-free campaign in August this year.
