ALTHOUGH the Seberang Prai Municipal Council’s (MPSP) RM15.47mil deficit budget for 2009 was endorsed, its councillors expect improvement within a year.
Councillor Soon Lip Chee said he was confident the council could attain profits by the end of 2009.
