THE Selangor State Forestry Department is puzzled over some 30 land titles issued to individuals and an organisation for lots in a forest reserve in Sungei Janggut near Jeram in Kuala Selangor.
It is believed to be the first time the department has come across what appears to be legalised land encroachment into its territory.
