THE joint Voice of Associations in Kedah (Wehdah) has proposed to the state government to set up a secretariat to resolve house ownership woes among bumiputras in the state.
Its chairman Mohd Azmi Abdul Hamid said the secretariat could act as a think-tank to produce a blueprint for the state government to overcome the problem in the short and long term.
