KUANTAN: Tengku Mahkota Pahang, Tengku Abdullah Sultan Ahmad Shah has proposed that a modern centre for orphans be built in Pahang to meet the state’s needs.
He said the centre would need to be equipped with the facilities and equipment to raise the children.
