MANY senior citizens in Selangor have been queuing up at the counters of the Bangunan Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah after they were made to believe that the Pakatan Rakyat led-state government was offering a RM500 cash allowance to them.
The elderly people have been flocking the counters at the state secretariat building since the beginning of the month after receiving information that was circulating through by word of mouth and over the Internet.
