DESPITE being located next door to the affluent Taman Tun Dr Ismail, the people in Kampung Sungai Penchala have not had the privilege of being serviced by public transportat for the past 15 years.
Seri Penchala Umno vice chairman Ahmad Nizar Salleh said there were about 10,000 people living in Kampung Sungai Penchala and some of them had to walk to Bandar Utama across the Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP), which is about 2km away, just to take the bus.
