THE Penang Hospital has to prioritise its expenditure as it only receives 30% of its budget each year.
Hospital director Dr Juita Ghazalie said yesterday that although the hospital received allocation from the Federal Government, the funds were still insufficient to meet patients’ needs at the hospital.
