KOTA KINABALU: The Federation of Chinese Associations Sabah (FCAS) wants the long-shelved Yayasan Sabah cash handouts for Sabahans to be reinstated.
FCAS president Datuk Sari Tan said the dividend payout by Yayasan Sabah that was ceased in the early 1990s should be reactivated by the state to benefit all Sabahans above the age of 21.
