MANY residents and landowners in Kampung Baru are still unaware of what lies ahead as only a handful own a copy of the draft Kuala Lumpur City Plan (KLCP) 2020.
Those who gathered at Kuala Lumpur City Hall headquarters at Jalan Raja Laut yesterday for a briefing on the plan felt DBKL should have allocated copies to be placed at public libraries and with residents associations for the convenience of those living in the area.
