JOHOR BARU: The Johor Road Transport Department (JPJ) has succeeded in cracking down on overloading by heavy vehicles by using a new set of portable scales.
State JPJ director Mohd Rosli Ramli said the department issue 246 summonses in five days despite having only one set of scales.
