Flood mitigation efforts involving Sungai Tebrau and Sungai Plentong are expected to cost about RM50mil.
Johor International Trade and Industry, Energy, Water and Communications, and Environment Committee chairman Tan Kok Hong said the allocation would cover the cost of deepening both rivers and clearing rubbish that could disrupt water flow.
