AN urban transportation system should be an integral part of city planning, according to the boss of a prominent local giant engineering firm.
Scomi Engineering Bhd president Hilmy Zaini said that a speaker at a seminar he had attended had stated that in city planning, an urban transportation system must be the defining criteria for the city.
