THE Selangor government may extend the operating hours of cyber cafés whose operators have been complaining of losing out to unlicensed outlets, some of which open round-the-clock.
According to state local government, research and study committee chairman Ronnie Liu, illegal 24-hour cyber cafés are luring customers from licensed ones that are required to close at midnight.
