AN alarming 81 new Hepatitis C cases were reported in Penang last year, which included a fatality, Ma-laysian Liver Foundation vice-president Datuk Dr Robert Ding Pooi Huat said.
Of the cases, 20 involved foreigners. In comparison, there were only 19 cases in Penang in 2005, he said.
